You should take shocks in a positive sense. Try to understand their plus point. But if you take the shock in a negative sense, you will see it as tension, you will take medicines and go to destressing schools.
We must see life from a positive angle, and never from a negative angle. You should even see tension from a positive angle. Most diseases today result form tension. Tension leads to high blood pressure, diabetes and so on. Tension is a difficulty which you have brought upon yourself. The shock you are facing is actually a blessing in disguise, from God. You should take shocks in a positive sense. Try to understand their plus point. But if you take the shock in a negative sense, you will see it as tension, you will take medicines and go to destressing schools. A retired justice once came to me. He had gone to a centre for destressing. He stayed there for seven days. He used to remain involved in different activities there. For these seven days his mind was fine, but when he left the place and returned home and went to office, everything again became same. We cannot eliminate stress, rather we have to discover its positive aspect. You will experience shocks and hardships. I also faced shocks, but I never take these shocks in a negative sense. I think why this has happened. I try to discover the positive aspect. What is the positive aspect of this difficulty and affliction? By God's grace, I am always able to discover the positive aspect of difficulties.
