It is baseless to believe that a person will enter Paradise based on intercession. This is a concept developed by Muslims. In our country, if a minister recommends your name, you may get a job you are seeking. This is not true in the matter of Paradise.
The concept of intercession is completely wrong. There is no intercession in Islam. No one will get Paradise based on someone's intercession. This concept is baseless. وَذَلِكَ جَزَاءُ مَنْ تَزَكَّى (20.76)
A person who purifies himself will get entry to Paradise. قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ تَزَكَّى (87.14) “One who purifies himself will be successful.” It is baseless to believe that a person will enter Paradise based on intercession. This is a concept developed by Muslims. In our country, if a minister recommends your name, you may get a job you are seeking.
This is not true in the matter of Paradise. Paradise is for those who have purified themselves. What is tazkia? It is to develop a personality which is desirable for Paradise. For example, being truthful, fulfilling your promises, having fear of God, being self-disciplined, worshipping God, and so on. A person who has developed these qualities in himself will find entry to Paradise. The concept of getting Paradise based on intercession is entirely baseless. There is no foundation for it.
