I had given a speech on the position of women. I suddenly realized that gender equality is an entirely absurd concept. If they are all equals, no work will be done in the world. Gender inequality is real, and not equality. People say that western civilization considers men and women equal partners.

I said this was wrong. Men and women are complementary partners, not equal partners. If they are equal partners, no work will happen. Men and women are not equal partners. They are complementary partners.
