I remember an event which happened when I was younger and lived in my village in UP. One day, I was standing in front of my home. A boy passed by and made a provocative remark. I did not get angry at him and quietly went inside my house with a normal mind. Perhaps, this incident was the first taste of spiritual bliss for me. I would have not experienced this bliss had there been a heated exchange between me and that boy. This experience turned into a discovery for me. I discovered that spiritual bliss is not something to be acquired from outside. It is a natural gift in every person. If you maintain your normalcy, you can live in spiritual bliss all the time. I took a lesson from this event and adopted it as a lifelong habit. I don't get provoked at any negative experience. The result of this habit is that I live with complete peace of mind, and thus the process of creative thinking continues unhindered in my mind.

Replicable Experience

Yes, this experience of bliss is replicable, because it is based on human nature. Every person is born with this quality; therefore, the experience of this spiritual bliss is certainly replicable. Just as we see with our eyes and hear with our ears, if we realise our nature, we will surely receive those benefits from it which are present in it by birth. If we close our eyes, we will not be able to see.

[Highlight1]

The same is the case with human nature. Nature works as long as it is not intentionally prevented from doing its work. In our body, there are numerous physical organs, which automatically perform their various functions. Nature also performs its task automatically, unless it is made nonfunctional by doing something unwanted or unnatural.

Negativity Is Normal

It is not a matter of time. For example, the human heart does not require time to do its work; it starts beating from the moment we are born and continues beating till we die. So is the case of this state of spiritual bliss. It is the function of nature to continuously perform this positive work unless it is disrupted from doing so by man himself. For example, there are always negative experiences in life. If you take negative experience as a normal event, then your nature will not be disturbed. But if you take these differences as a problem and get provoked when faced with them, then nature's functioning will be hindered. In this matter, you have to do nothing except letting your nature work, and you will attain spiritual bliss. All the organs of the human body given by the Creator are meant to do their work for the entire lifetime of the individual. Same is the case with human nature.
