Maulana Wahiduddin Khan | Speaking Tree Website | December 15, 2014There is a saying: 'The boss is always right.' Another such saying is: 'The customer is always right.' But, this is not a matter of the customer or the boss. Rather, it is a general principle applicable to every walk of life. In this general sense, it is right to say: 'Every other person is always right.' Here, 'right' is not in the sense of religious belief, it is a practical formula of successful living. When you are driving your car on the road and you see another vehicle coming from the front, you keep left (or right) and move on. By following this, you accept the other person. This acceptance is not a matter of belief, but a matter of practical wisdom. This is the formula of bossism. The same formula is required in every matter of life. [Highlight1] When you adopt the principle of keep left or keep right on the road, you only try to ensure that your journey continues without any stops. This is the logic behind the formula of bossism. Bossism enables you to continue on your journey of life without the slightest break. This principle of traffic is based on the wisdom of the non-confrontational method. The non-confrontational method means: 'Do not create problems for others, and they will not create problems for you.' This is a principle of undeclared adjustment. Every man or woman has adopted this principle while driving on the street. The only thing that is required is to extend this formula to the rest of the activities of life. This formula is applicable everywhere: from home to office and from national life to international life. This is the easiest way to ensure success in a life full of problems and differences.
